Pagerank Update - Today?
August 16th, 2007The guys from VI-SU calculated that - from a statistical point of view - the next Pagerank Update will take place on Thursday the 16th of August 2007.
F*ck, that’s today! :o)
The last one was on 30th of April 2007 and the average 77.18 days inbetween the Updates are passed, so stay tuned.
Personally, I hope that my Pagerank will finally reach “the next Level”, I mean Pagerank 6

Hmm, there were so many calculations that now I don’t believe to this
but we will see. I’ve also read on some SEO blogs that Google is going to remove the PR from publicity.
I’m a owner of PR5 blog, that’s my highest PR I’ve got so far.

PR makes my brain hurt…..
Ive had scraper sites jump to a high trust rank and PR 6 after a few months, and then Ive had high quality whitehat sites stay at pr2 for years….
I think it has ALOT to do with subject matter coverage and how big your niche is. When you enter into a subject niche without alot of competition, its easy gain trust rank and thus page rank…

the PageRank update has not yet happened but is in the process of happening as i have seen changes in my ranks and also at http://googlebugs.com it shows full stats and results of the ranks that have been effected by the updates, we have been waiting 6 months and finally they are updating what a wait, they are slacking…..

Don’t believe the hype. PR is dead. No more updates ever. Newer version of the Google Toolbar don’t even have the PR bar.

Well it now the 24th and mine has moved nowhere fantatic just what you might expect from them. Come on google let the green bar fly away and drop your pr as you no it makes no sense

Just noticed the update today.
Your Pagerank is displayed as 3,
the same as mine which just got ranked.
That is a drop of 2 instead of increase of 1.
